Hey Clara!

You might have seen me on social media posting a few sneaky videos of the recipe I am giving you today. I wanted to give you the Thermomix recipe for these delicious Caramel Stuffed Chocolate Cupcakes. I know it sounds like a mouthful but they are really actually quite simple.

First you make the chocolate cupcakes. Then if you haven't eaten them all as my kids would, then make the caramel to fill the cupcakes with and top it off with the chocolate buttercream! Ummm, yum!
